The space Welcome to your peaceful home base! This bright, open home is perfect for families, groups, or anyone needing room to relax and reconnect. Highlights: Open-concept living with vaulted ceilings and large windows — enjoy tons of natural light and views of deer, rabbits, and hummingbirds! Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a large dining table (seats 6), and bar seating for 4. 4 spacious bedrooms, including a kid-friendly bunk room with toys, books, and games. 2 full bathrooms, including an en-suite with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. Blackout curtains in every room for restful sleep. Full laundry room with washer, dryer, and complimentary soap! Outdoor fun: Gather around the fire pit, play yard games (badminton, cornhole, giant Jenga), or unwind on the deck or hammock (seasonal availability). Guest access You’ll have access to the entire home, except the garage and one locked owner's closet. The camper on the property is not in use and is off-limits. Please do not attempt to access those areas. Other things to note The property runs on well water, this means it may have a sulfur smell to it, this is completely normal and does not make it unsafe or dirty. We have a water filtering system that is on a regular maintenance schedule. Brita water filter provided for your convenience. There is a doorbell camera located at the front door which records both visually and audibly as well as a camera in the front and back yard area. Small gatherings/events allowed with prior approval and event fee. Pet fee is per pet- 3 pets max. 🐶 cats allowed on a case by case basis. •Amenities and furnishings are subject to change at anytime.
