Quiet and cozy friendly area

Quiet and friendly neighborhood. close to multiple lake access. Not far from interstate. Roughly half way between Bloomington/Normal and Chicago The space This is an area in a completely finished basement. Has a door upstairs to enter the basement. There is a very roomy bedroom, bathroom, and spacious living area. In the living area, it has a nice solid oak desk to work with an extra monitor for work and an extra table beside the desk. Access to full kitchen and laundry is upstairs. Other things to note access to pool and beach is seasonal.
