Noise monitoring. Additional rules ★ Neighborhood enforced quiet hours between 9PM and 9AM ★ This home is in a residential area. No loud music, voices, or any other loud noises allowed during quiet hours. Please be respectful of the permanent residents who are your neighbors at all times. ★ There is no parking in the street. All cars must be either parked in the driveway. ★ Smoking on the property will incur a fee of at least $250 or the actual cost of remediation whichever is higher. ★ Any additional guests not stated in the reservation will incur a charge of $50 per night for each extra guest. ★ We are pet friendly. But there is a $29 pet fee that is payable per pet after booking. Any undeclared pets incur a $100 Charge.
