The space The house is on a creek, with a break wall. This area is fenced off. The fence does not obstruct your view. Creek access and lake access is close bye. The yard is quite private. Only one close neighbor. The yard has a fire-pit for your use. Guest access You have use of the entire house. This is a two story house. One large bathroom near the three upstairs bedrooms. The second full bath is on the first floor. No bedrooms are on the first floor. The mechanical area of the utility room is blocked for private use. Other things to note A fence blocks direct access to the creek for safety. Other access areas are close by. Ask for details. From oct through may the baseboard heating is used. During the summer months June - Sept. Mini splits in each room can be used to air-condition each space . They are not for heating. And turned off during oct - may.
