He lives in the house behind the Lakehouse (roughly 50 yards away). We share a driveway, and all have agreed to respect each other's privacy. You'll pass his house on the way down the driveway to the front door of this rental property you are booking. - Our home ensures parking available for up to 5-6 cars. - Quiet Hours 10PM - 7AM: Noise travels on the lake, so please respect our neighbors. This is not just a house rule, but a local regulation enforced by the police department.
