This a great vacation house but not a party house because it's located in residential neighborhood so please respect our neighbors. The space This is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home, with 6 beds, master bedroom 1 king bed, second bedroom 1 full size bunk beds and a twin pull out bed, third bedroom 1 king size bed and a queen sofa bed in the livingroom. Sleeps 10 but there's and extra $50 US dollar fee after the fifth guest per guest and night, it has a heated Spa/Jacuzzi at an extra fee. It has a BBQ area with jumbo games like jumbo jenga jumbo connect four and drinking games, etc. to have an amazing time with family and friends. Tanning chairs, outside lounge. Distance from known places La Bonita Meat Market (3 minutes) Las Vegad Strip (10 minutes) Raiders Stadium (11 minutes) T-mobile Arena (11 minutes Las Vegas International Airport (15 minutes) And much more super close to lots of restaurants and big stores like Sam's, Walmart, Dollard Tree, 99c onlystore, Lee's Liquor, and much more.... IF TRASPASS WITHOUT PERMISSION THERE'S A FEE OF $1,000 US DOLLARS, AND IF YOU MOVE THE SYSTEM AND DAMAGE IT YOU ARE 100% RELIABLE FOR REPAIRS WITH MY POOL SERVICE COMPANY OR A WHOLE BRAND NEW POOL SYSTEM REPLACEMENT **** ABSOLUTELY NO EATING OR DRINKING NEAR THE POOL NO GLASS BOTTLES OR CANS NEAR THE POOL SPECIALLY BOTTLE CAPS OR ELSE YOU WILL BE CHARGE WITH THE PROFESSIONAL POOL SERVICE TO EMPTY POOL, THE STAIN REMOVAL AND TO PUT WATER BACK IN THE POOL I'LL PROVIDE RECEIPTS!!!! If you guys are drinking from cans please make sure that NO cans or beer or wine corks fall in the pool or any type of metals like batteries, coins, kids metal toys or any metals because of the pools chemicals, the metal and the pool chemicals make a reaction causing really bad and noticeable POOL RUST STAINS and it is very pricey to remove them if something like this happens YOU ARE RELIABLE AND WILL BE CHARGED.... The only thing that can be near the pool around the pool are PLASTIC CUPS!!! ***AT CHECK OUT LIST*** PLEASE!!! ***PLEASE CLEAN YOUR TRASH Throw all garbage bags to the outside trash cans (in front of the house), trash from kitchen/ 2 bathrooms and back patio trash can. And clean all your trash etc from all around the pool. OR ELSE THERE'S A FEE ***WASH DISHES USED if not you will be charged. EXTRA FEE FOR EXTRA CLEANING ***MAKE SURE STOVE IS OFF OR ELSE YOU ARE RELIABLE 100% FOR ALL DAMAGES AND PROFESSIONAL ODOR REMOVAL ***AC Unit/Heater is OFF OR ELSE THERE'S A FEE ***ALL LIGHTS ARE OFF ROOMS CLOSETS BATHROOMS HALLWAY KITCHEN STOVE LIGHT DINNING ROOM LIVING ROOM BACK PATIO GAZEBO MAIN ENTRANCE FRONT HOUSE LIGHTS MAKE SURE BOTH DOORS OF THE REFRIGERATOR ARE CLOSED ***ALL LIGHTS OFF COMPLETELY OR ELSE THERE'S A FEE ***ALL DOORS AND WINDOWS USED ARE SECURED AND LOCKED OR ELSE YOU ARE 100% RELIABLE FOR WHATEVER HAPPENS AND EXPENSE ***PUT THE KEY BACK IN THE KEY LOCK 2 sets of keys are provided if lost $50 US DOLLARS per pair....
