It is ideally situated on North Shore Dr., less than a block from the lake and walking distance to all the best Clear Lake attractions including Clear Lake City Beach, Surf Ballroom, City Park, and Downtown Clear Lake. The open floor plan of the kitchen, dining, and living room creates an area for gathering, enjoying a meal with loved ones, and relaxing on the cozy seating in front of the fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with new stainless steel appliances; you will also find it well-stocked with any necessities you may need to whip up a delicious dinner. From pots & pans, to appliances, the kitchen has it all! The three cozy bedrooms in our home will comfortably accommodate you and your group, whether you’re all family or friends gathering together for a fun weekend trip. The decks and patio space make for relaxing and enjoyable outdoor areas--kick back with a drink and take in the sights & sounds of Clear Lake! Guests have full access to the house. There is private parking for 3 vehicles behind the house. Street parking is available in the front. Under The Lilac Tree is a short walk to the city beach and park, Surf Ballroom, restaurants, shopping and all the great amenities Clear Lake to offer! There is a public boat ramp just a few blocks away. Walk or drive a short distance to enjoy shopping, dining or the outdoors. There are many great bike routes in the area. A local favorite, and one we love to do every time we're in town, is the 14 mile ride around the lake. It is picturesque with an ever-changing landscape that includes, beaches, prairies, wooded sections and beautiful lake views!
