Also within a few miles are a long list of popular restaurants both on and off the water, and you can get there by water since you have a a 14' X 40' boat slip included with the property. At the complex, the amenities will fulfill your vacation days with plenty to enjoy! Start with a morning workout in the beautiful exercise facility. Enjoy the afternoon with the kids at the lazy river and water park splash pad or lounge pool-side at the main pool with waterfall and zero-depth entry. You can enjoy the view on the top floor balcony that has a deck height dining set and cocktail table . Grilling will be enjoyable with large gas grill and grilling utensils. I will be available by text or phone during your stay. I do have an on-sight cleaning crew for your house keeping needs. My sister also lives 2 miles away for anything you might need. The complex is know for it's great location and awesome views! The complex has community pool, community splash pad with lazy river for smaller children, playground, basketball hoop, community clubhouse with pool table, and gym. Parking is available on site. 1 parking pass provide for close parking. 1 other space is available close by. All pools, clubhouse etc. are a short walk. This top floor unit is very close to the elevator, which facilitates loading and unloading your things. It is not, however, close enough to hear unwanted noise.
