Modernist country house near Salou-Port Aventura

Mas Estivill is a modernist house from 1920 that has been recently refurbished surrounded by a Mediterranean garden, under the shadow of pines. The whole is in turn surrounded by an orchard of 1.5 ha with 89 olive trees, lots of almond trees and other fruit trees as well as two water tanks to bath in the summer. The space Ground floor: an open space with a fireplace, two sofas, a coffee table, a piano, a card table, big dining table, an open kitchen, a pantry, a bath with a bathtub and a side room for the kids to play. First floor: 4 rooms with double beds and 3 rooms with bunk beds (one of them triple) as well as two baths, one with a bathtub and the other with a roomy shower. Guest access Hosts can access the whole property except for the workshop and the room under the platform of the big water tank.
