Relax in this calm, stylish space. The whole top floor is yours, with a spacious bedroom, super king bed and en-suite bathroom. Enjoy the stunning views over Hayle estuary and the sand dunes from your window, knowing they are only a 10 minute walk away. The wet room style bathroom has an electric shower and the room has its own staircase and door that separates it from the rest of the house. Hayle town centre is a 5 minute walk away and Hayle train station is just behind us. The space En-suite attic room is located up 2 flights of internal stairs and is designed for 2 people for exclusive use. We do have two additional double rooms available but they have shared bathroom access. Please enquire if you would like to rent the other rooms when requesting the booking. Please note that use of the rest of the house is not included in the booking. There are no cooking facilities in the room, just a kettle for the tea and coffee station and a tiny fridge which can hold a pint of milk. The house is situated down a small, leafy, gravel lane accessed from the road, where there is free on street parking. Guest access En-suite loft room is located on the 2nd floor, accessed through the main front door of the house and up two internal flights of stairs. It has its own door to separate from the main house. Access is gained through a key safe on the outside of the house Other things to note On street parking is available at the bottom of the lane but is not guaranteed. The house is at the end of a small, leafy gravel lane from the main road. The room is up 2 flights of stairs.
