Here at Pear Tree Barns, Rangeworthy, we welcome you to stay in 'Partridge', a deluxe self-contained apartment set within a beautifully restored 16th-century barn. Newly converted in 2023, it features a stylish kitchen and modern bathroom. Located in a rural village within easy reach of Bristol and Bath and next to a traditional country pub, it’s perfect for couples wanting a romantic getaway, visiting family in the area or as a base to work from. (Not suitable for children/infants) The space The property has it's own front door and is on two levels. Lounge and kitchen diner are downstairs and bedroom with en-suite upstairs on a mezzanine. The kitchen is fully equipped with all crockery, cutlery, utensils etc and has an induction hob, fan oven & microwave. We also include a selection of essentials including Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Salt & Pepper and Cooking oil. We provide good quality bedding and towels. There is a 40" ROKU TV with Bluetooth Soundbar allowing guests to access their own streaming accounts and auto-logout upon departure. The iron/ironing board is available on request, please message us and we'll bring it to you as soon as possible ( it can be arranged in advance if you let us know). ***We have 3 other apartments within our property to enable larger groups to come together if desired, please look for them via my profile on Airbnb or contact us for more details*** Guest access Free Parking for 1 car is available on our large driveway. We have an 'on demand' bus stop within 30 yards of our entrance operated by Westlink, but we would suggest that a car is pretty much essential. Other things to note Situated within easy reach of Bristol & Bath with lots of shops & amenities available in nearby Yate or the lovely old Market Town of Chipping Sodbury.
