Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space 20 minutes from DISNEY and 25 minutes from PARIS. Come and share a relaxing moment in our house for 2 to 4 people located in Servon, in the heart of the city center. This 80 m2 house was renovated in 2022 to offer you all the comfort and relaxation you need. There is a fully equipped kitchen, garden area, modern living room, two bedrooms with king-size beds and a Smart TV, dressing area etc. The space You will find all your favorite amenities within a two-minute walk to the property: restaurant, bakery, supermarket, hairdresser, pharmacy, tobacco, etc. RULES TO FOLLOW: • No smoking indoors (cigarettes, shisha and others) • We don't allow parties or events in the accommodation • We ask our guests to keep noise down in the evening, especially outside. We do our best to offer you a unique stay, we expect the same from our guests. In case of non-compliance with these rules, we will have to intervene on site and penalties will be applied. Guest access The key is stored in a small safe, guests will have access to the property independently. Other things to note We can pick you up from the airport or train station (price on request)
