Sharing our newly built modern american farm house nestled on top of the hill with lush mango and banana trees with an overlooking view of the sea (no beach access). Wake-up with a peaceful and laid back vibes while listening to the humming of kilyawan birds or lounge in our spacious lanai in the morning with a cup of coffee or in the afternoon in time for sunset view. The space This open concept farm house has 3 similar bedrooms. - living room with a 65 inch tv, - 10 seater indoor acacia dining table - 8x5 meters swimming pool (4.5ft deep) - playhouse for kids - bonfire pit - outdoor kitchen and dining area - spacious lanai with swing and outdoor seating lounge - outdoor bbq griller - ample parking space - all the bedrooms including the living room have their own split type air conditioning system - kitchen has a two-door refrigerator, rice cooker, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, hot and cold water dispenser with 5 gallons of purified water (per night) and basic cookware and dining utensils - two-burner INDUCTION cooktop is provided at the outdoor kitchen - house is equipped with Starlink wifi, cctv system, solar and battery supported, appliances and furnitures for you to enjoy your home away from home. Guest access The guests are free to occupy all parts of the house except other bedrooms that are for private use of the family. Utility rooms are restricted to the guests as well. Our indoor kitchen may only be used when the need for equipments like microwave, toaster, coffee maker, rice cooker, refrigerator arises. Other things to note HOUSE RULES - Check-in time is 2:00 PM; Check-out time is 11:00 AM - We prefer not more than 15 guests for comfortable sleeping arrangement. - No unregistered guests allowed. - Please bring your own towel and toiletries. - No smoking inside the property. There is a designated smoking area near the bonfire pit. - No pets allowed. - Cooking and grilling are only allowed in the outdoor kitchen. Refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, hot and cold water dispenser can be used indoors. - Samgyupsal grilling is only allowed in the outdoor kitchen. - Please wash all kitchenware and dining utensils after use. - Do not leave your valuables unattended. The management will not be liable for any loss or damages of your belongings. - Sticking of banners, posters, balloons or any decorations on the wall are prohibited. - No masking tapes, double sided tapes, nails, confetti and party poppers. - Fresh linens and beddings are provided. Stained linens (bedsheets, mattress protector, pillowcase, blankets, curtains) will be penalized with P300/item - In the event of a power interruption, the solar panels and battery can only power electric fans, lights and the refrigerator and charge small personal devices. - My caretaker will inspect the house for broken or missing items during checkout and guests will be charged as needed. - The house is surrounded by greeneries. Expect different types of bugs. Please bring insect repellant and keep the screen close at all times. - Make sure to bring your supplies especially food. Nearest 7-11/Alfamart or grocery store is 30 mins away. - We provide Starlink wifi only. Please manage your expectation. - Our home is equipped with CCTV cameras on common areas only. Your privacy is still ensured. - A security deposit of Php 3,000 is required before checking-in, any losses or damages will result in its forfeiture, otherwise the security deposit will be returned upon check-out. - Our place has no beach access.
