Cozy house with a sheltered and central location

A cozy house on a sunny grassy hill in the woods just outside Tanumshede. Short distance to grocery stores and only 6 km to Grebbestad. A great starting point for exploring what Bohuslän has to offer. Hiking trail just a few hundred meters from the house and good cycling opportunities. The space Large sunny terrace and large garden with trampoline. Sun from morning to evening and cozy views. The house has been renovated in recent years with three cozy bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed (120 cm) and the guest room has two sleeping alcoves with room for one person (length in sleeping alcove 195 cm). Bathroom with shower and washing machine and kitchen with stove and dishwasher and otherwise what may be needed of kitchen utensils. You can access the key in a key box. You will receive the code the same day you arrive. Charcoal grill is available on the terrace. Other things to note I live two hours away from the cabin, so sometimes it is you who rents the cabin who is the last one out before the next holiday guest arrives. It's nice if you leave the cabin as it was when you arrived. The tenant is responsible for cleaning the cabin on departure. Trash is thrown in the trash can down by the main road. If something is not in order, it's appreciated if you take a picture of it and send it to me as soon as you enter the door. I can also remind you of this: You can drive all the way up and park in the yard. There is electricity/light/heating in the cabin. Please bring bed-linen and towels. The cabin has well water that can be used for cooking and as drinking water. We usually bring drinking water as it tastes a little better, but use the water for all cooking and coffee/tea.
