Cozy house with sheltered and central location

A cozy house on a sunny grass hill in the woods just outside of Tanumshede. Short distance to grocery stores and only 6 km to Grebbestad. A great starting point for exploring what Bohuslän can offer. Hiking trail just a few hundred meters away from the house and good cycling opportunities. The space Large sunny terrace and large garden with trampoline. Sun from morning to evening and cozy view. The house has been renovated in recent years with three cozy bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed (120cm) and the twig room has two sleeping alcoves with room for one person (length in sleeping alcove 195cm). Bathroom with shower and washing machine and kitchen with cooker and dishwasher and otherwise what needed kitchenware. You can access the key in a lockbox. Code you will get the same day as you get there. Charcoal barbecue is available on the terrace. Other things to note you live two hours away from the cabin, so sometimes you rent the cabin that is the last man out before the next holiday guest arrives. It's nice if you leave the cabin as it was when you got there. The tenant is responsible for cleaning the cabin upon departure. Trash is thrown in the trash can down by the main road. Should things not be okay, it's fine if you take a picture of it and send me as soon as you come in the door. I can also remind you of this: You can drive all the way and park in the yard. There is electricity/light/heat in the cabin. Bring bed linen and towels. The cabin has well water that can be used for cooking and as a drinking water. We tend to bring drinking water as it tastes a little better, but use the water for all cooking and coffe/tea
