In a quiet area of Langosta, lies this unique gated complex with 4 Spanish-styled villas, each with its own swimming pool. The complex is protected with a gate, which can be accessed with a key we will provide during your stay. Enter in and magically feel transported to a Spanish courtyard with a water feature in the centre. Once inside your villa, feel immediately at home with all the modern amenities. The first floor has an open concept living, dining, and kitchen, along with a guest bedroom with 2 twin beds and a full guest bathroom. The living room has an oversized L-shaped couch perfect for hanging out with your group, or perhaps watch a movie together on the flat screen smart TV. The kitchen has an electric stove and oven, fridge and freezer with a filtered water dispenser, and a dishwasher to help with those cleans after the chef in the group preps a gourmet meal. Off of this open area is a small patio with a nice sized swimming pool, allowing for indoor/outdoor living. The second floor has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a walkout balcony for additional space to relax, overlooking the pool area and an empty lot that is frequented by howler monkeys and other wildlife. The master bedroom has ample of space with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom for additional privacy. The other bedroom has a luxurious queen bed. This property is within Langosta, the upscale neighbourhood of Tamarindo. This villa is in a serene location, away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist hub of Tamarindo (only a 3-minute drive to Tamarindo centre). A peaceful 20-25 minute walk on the beach (or you can choose to walk via the paved road) will take you into the centre of Tamarindo, where you can enjoy various restaurants, shops and of course the infamous Tamarindo beach! If you want a more tranquil and secluded beach environment, you're only a 3 minute walk away from Langosta beach! Go during low tide to explore the various tide pools. It's also the perfect place to watch the amazing sunsets at the end of the day. The proximity to everything is perfect for those who want to benefit from all the amenities Tamarindo has to offer, yet it is in a quiet, exclusive area of town allowing those who want to wind down and relax to fully rejuvenate. Langosta Beach is a few minute walk from your complex. However, if you wish to explore the rest of Langosta and get to the Tamarindo central, for convenience and ease, you may want to rent a golf cart or car. Please let us know if you would like further information on golf cart or other rentals. Parking is limited in front of the gated complex. It is not protected, however, your street is in a cul-de-sac off of the main road in Langosta. On occasion during drought season the area experiences scheduled water conservation periods, where guests may experience some water shortage. This unit has a water reservoir tank and pump, thus this should not affect guests. However, in extenuating circumstances, this is a possibility.
