The King sized bed will lull you off to sleep with its new premium mattress! Guest access Guests will have full access to the Condo with the exception of a locked owners closet in the bathroom and one cabinet located under TV. But do not worry, there are 2 Closets and a dresser for all of your belongings! *PLEASE NOTE*- There is NO Elevator, you must be physically able to climb stairs. This community also has permanent residents so please be mindful of noise volume. The HOA does require a short guest contact form with vehicle information to be completed after booking. Thank you Other things to note To accommodate travelers we provide use of the following during your stay: 2 Beach Chairs Beach Umbrella Beach/Picnic Blanket Pool Towels ( one for each guest) Cooler Bag with ice blocks 2 Tennis Rackets 2 Pickle ball Rackets Cloth Shopping Bag for groceries or farmers market Starter Supply of toilet paper, paper towels, general cleaning supplies Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash Linens Bath towels ( one set per guest) This condo is a perfect romantic retreat for a couple or a restful stay for a single person. The sofa does fold out to a bed which could accommodate one adult or a child. When opened up sofa bed would measure 73" in length by 44" wide. The sofa would not be comfortable for 2 adults. *Please note to gain access to condo you must be able to climb a flight of stairs as there is NO Elevator*. Please go over House Rules prior to booking as there is No Smoking of any kind permitted inside this unit. Motorcycles are also not allowed in the community. Please note there is a ring doorbell on the outside of the door for condo security however, once inside condo and door is closed you have complete privacy!
