Welcome to the Beaver Den! This is a beautiful Colorado Mountain Home, located at the base of St. Mary's Glacier. Surrounded by mountain views and National Forest, this vacation home is the perfect place for your family reunion, group vacation, or mountain escape! The space Beaver Den is a 5 bedroom cabin on a 1 acre property with an 8 person hot tub. There are 2 king bedrooms, 2 queen bedrooms, and a bunk room. There is also a pull out couch downstairs and 2 queen size air mattresses by request. The bedrooms have down and down alternative bedding options. There is a pack 'n play available for use, just let us know so we can have it set up for you before arrival. Guest access The Beaver Den has everything you will need. You will have access to everything in the house and on the property. There is a fully stocked kitchen, and tons of amenities. There is a large cards table equipped with cards and poker chips. There is also a foosball table, pool table, and shuffleboard. We have sleds, snowshoes and a cozy indoor fireplace to relax at during the colder months. Play Corn-hole, and enjoy the stars on the expansive back deck during the warmer months Oversized private hot tub is available year round The not so fun part, the part where you go, "dang I wonder what happened why they had to put this in there?" By booking our home you agree to the following terms. Pets are allowed by approval only. They must be listed in your guest count under the Pets option. This is a non smoking property You may not exceed the occupancy count unless approved. Exceeding the approved occupancy count will result in immediate eviction. Colorado residential noise ordinance (CRS 25-12-103) is in effect at the property. Other things to note Vehicle Advisory: The home is at 10,000 feet above sea level. For trips from October -April, 4WD or AWD with winter tires is required. We recommend using Turo for rentals to ensure your vehicle is 4WD or AWD with winter tires.
