Please be advised we will host a max of 8 people total but no more than 6 adults will be accommodated. Escape with your family to this idyllic getaway nestled in the quiet neighbourhood of Glendale at Candle Lake, backing 10 acres of wooded reserve. Close access to trails, golf course (3 min drive), beaches (Waskateena 5 min), mini-golf/ice cream (3 min), boat launch/marina (1 min), and stores (grocery/fuel/restaurants/laundry 5 min). The space Explore the outdoors: - Backing onto 10 acres of a serene public reserve, our cabin is a haven for wildlife enthusiasts, with deer crossings and abundant wildlife sightings. - Ample open spaces, perfect for the furry members of your family to stretch their legs. Please clean up after your pups and keep on-leash. - Walking trail access just a short walk away. - Ample parking space is available for your vehicles and boat trailer. (No campers) Enjoy a warm and welcoming cottage atmosphere indoors: - Large front entryway with hooks and storage. - Main level master bedroom (queen) and second bedroom (double). - Brand-new bathroom with double sinks, walk-in shower and storage. - Open plan kitchen with large island, dining room, two living rooms, vaulted ceiling, 3-way gas fireplace, and reading nook stocked with books, puzzles and games. - Patio access to back deck with outdoor table and BBQ. - Large fire-pit with seating and hotdog sticks (firewood not provided). - Upstairs there are two additional bedrooms. One large room contains a futon, TV w/DVD player (DVDs provided), and two single beds separated by walled enclosures. The other bedroom contains a queen and double bed. Guest access No access to the garage and storage room. Other things to note Non drinkable water from the taps. We provide 5 gal drinking water jugs (one refill included). Refills are offered at the nearby Esso or Tempo for approx. $4. Please be mindful of the amount of water you are using as we have a water and septic tank
