Room for 4 people and private bathroom on the ground floor of our accommodation. You can enjoy a space for yourself (fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee area) and we will welcome you to share the upper floor (kitchen, dining table, terrace). Video projector: Netflix, Prime Video. Office with WiFi (fiber). One 140 x 200 cm bed and one 100 x 190 bunk bed. Possibility of adding 1 single bed and a baby cot. Bathroom accessible from the bedroom. Vehicle parking in the driveway. The space The special feature of the accommodation offered is the cohabitation for the annexed parties. The private bedroom and bathroom are located in the basement of our home. You can eat in the dedicated space in the basement, upstairs and on the terrace. Eating in the room is not allowed. The key words for us are: welcome, respect, hospitality and various assistance according to requests and possibilities. We are a family so children are welcome. Guest access The terrace and outdoor space are accessible. The kitchen is also available. The dryer and washer are available from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. according to the usage package ($5 laundry included). Possibility to charge your car for $5 per charge. During your stay We are available to answer any questions you may have by message. Evening communication is possible by phone or video. Please note the time difference. Other things to note A free summer community pool is open 1.2 km from the house. A playground and summer water play area, basketball court and ephemeral skating rink are available about 100 meters away. For your information, also in the basement of our house: our office, the laundry room (package of $5 possible to wash your laundry between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m.) and the bedroom of our two oldest children.
