Less than 10 minutes on foot from Central Station, it offers 55 sqm of space with a bedroom, bathroom, hallway, and a spacious living room. 🚗 Car parking included (not suited for camper vans) The apartment accommodates up to 6 guests and is especially recommended for families, with a maximum of 4 adults for optimal comfort. The space This luminous and comfortable apartment offers ample space and carefully curated details. The entrance opens into a spacious living room with an open kitchen, furnished with a dining table for five, a TV wall unit, and a sofa bed. A hallway, equipped with a washer-dryer and cleaning essentials, separates the living area from the cozy bedroom, which features a large double bed, a wardrobe, a desk with a lamp and chair (perfect for remote work), a luggage rack, two bedside tables, and a 43-inch TV. 🚿 Modern Bathroom & Quiet Setting The bathroom is fully equipped for your comfort. The apartment overlooks a peaceful inner courtyard, ensuring tranquility despite its central location.
