The space The cottage features a ground floor with direct access to a front terrace. The spacious open kitchen leads to the sleeping area on the same level, which includes one bedroom furnished with a small double bed, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. The master bedroom is located on the first floor, offering additional privacy and comfort. A beautifully landscaped staircase provides access to the backyard and its rooftop terrace. Guest access Guests have access to the main areas of the cottage, including both indoor and outdoor spaces such as the terraces and garden. Please note that the garage to the left of the building and the workspace to the right are private and not accessible to guests. There’s a lovely restaurant in the neighboring village of Mont Saint Jean, just a 4-minute drive away. Please note that there are no shops or supermarkets in the immediate area, and there is no public transportation available. However, you can park your car conveniently on the property. The nearest supermarket is about a 15-minute drive. Other things to note This is a pet-friendly environment. Dogs and other pets are welcome, but please make sure to clean up after them and keep them on a lead, as there are geese and sheep walking around. Please note: the back garden is not fully enclosed.
