CasaBala - House near the beach and downtown Barcelona

We're a middle-aged couple with two children. We really like to travel as a family and this has led us to renovate this house and transform it into a functional and cozy space so that our guests can enjoy their stay with the comfort that we like to find in the accommodations of our trips. We started this adventure and offer our newly renovated house in July 2023. The space This is an INDEPENDENT HOUSE, with direct access from the street, exclusively for guests, NOT SHARED. You will enjoy a typical house in the area. CasaBala consists of two floors connected by a staircase, no elevator. On the ground floor are the living room, dining room and kitchen, equipped with everything you need, they join the outdoor patio through large windows, thus giving spaciousness to the rooms. There is also a small toilet consisting of a toilet and sink. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one of them with access to a terrace and a staircase with access to an area that can be used for work or relaxation. Between the two bedrooms is the full bathroom. There is heating with radiators in all rooms and air conditioning for cooling and heating. WiFi and network connections are available as well as a 60" Smart TV. Guest access This is an INDEPENDENT house, with direct access from the street, for the EXCLUSIVE USE of guests, NOT SHARED WITH ANYONE. Other things to note It is strictly forbidden to hold any kind of party, celebration or inappropriate behavior that may cause noise and discomfort that disturbs the neighbors. It is an accommodation in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for those who want to enjoy a well-deserved rest after the trip or a whole day touring the city.
