Petrovic 16 Apartments have two apartments available, one on the ground floor, and one on the first floor .They are located in a peaceful and practical part of Kotor, Skaljari. Guests are provided with a private parking area covered under camera surveillance, free Wi-Fi (speed 700-800 Mbps), a garden with a hand-made stone fountain as a relaxing spot for a morning coffee. There is a restaurant, pharmacy, supermarket, bakery, bus stop and taxi nearby in vicinity of 300 meters from the apartments. Other things to note Only 18+ years old persons are allowed. We politely ask all guests to contact the Host with regards to guidance and instructions for proper usage of the equipment and electrical devices in the apartments (including, but not limited to: TV, washing machine, A/C unit, refrigerator, microwave, etc) to avoid equipment damage or any other inconvenience. All damage or service costs for the equipment and devices in the apartment caused by improper usage will be paid/covered by the guests.
