It has 2 levels with a terrace, solarium, balcony Air-conditioned 2025 The space All rooms of the accommodation face south and the sea. We have a beautiful view of Porquerolles Island and the Tour Fondue. The house was completely renovated in 2005. We regularly carry out small jobs to maintain good comfort. The seaside location did not allow us to equip the house with full air conditioning. So we have small mobile air conditioners. We are classified 3 stars in furnished tourist accommodation by the Hyères Tourist Office (2024 classification). Guest access The entire home is available for your use. It has many stairs and is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Other things to note There is a small beach at the foot of the house, offering an intimate and peaceful setting to enjoy the sea. Only a 5-minute walk to the west, you will find a beautiful sandy beach, ideal for relaxing moments by the water. 5 minutes to the east, hidden coves of fine sand, little frequented, will offer you a more quiet and private experience. The paths to these beaches are accessible and safe, even for young children, making it a perfect place for the whole family. A 5-10 minute drive will take you to two large sandy beaches. To the east, Badine Beach, ideal for families, with shallow water allowing children to play safely. To the west, Almanarre Beach, renowned for its perfect conditions for kite-surfing and wind-surfing, with several clubs offering lessons and rentals. If you're traveling by boat, a pontoon a few meters from the house allows you to load or unload your passengers easily, although mooring a boat is not allowed. This allows convenient access to the sea for sailing enthusiasts.
