Home is located in the La Sabana neighborhood of Parrita. It is a typical, small, family-oriented Tico community. There is a neighborhood store just a short walk away. A major grocery store is less than 2 miles away, along with a bank (ATM) & restaurants. The local bus stop is approximately 1/2 mile from the house. The local bus will connect you with the main bus that takes you into Quepos, Manuel Antonio, Jaco, etc. Uber & taxis will pick up from the house. The city of Parrita has all you might need, ranging from doctors to dentists to barbers & beaches. Playa Bandera is a short 5 miles from the house. Parrita also has a pharmacy and fruit stands offering a variety of delicious local produce. Lots of things are within walking distance. For locations a bit farther, a car, bike, taxi or bus. All modes of transportation are easily accessible.
