The Lavender Abode

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. The space The Lavendar Abode is an old style family home built in 1940. The home itself has 1,376 square feet of living space, and sits on just under three quarters of an acre. A huge portion of the backyard is fully fenced in for your kiddos and pups! The inside has been recently updated with a new kitchen/dining area and upstairs bathroom, newer paint, and new linens. The house sleeps 6 comfortably, but can also sleep an additional 2 on a queen air mattress, plus 1 small adult or possibly 2 small children on the futon in the living room. Guest access Future plans for further upgrades, including running electric back to the garage. If you would like garage storage for your bikes or car, we can accommodate for you to use one side, so please let me know! Guests are welcome to enter the man door on the garage to access sports and dog equipment. Other things to note The sliding glass door in the kitchen is currently locked so that it can not be opened by guests. Future plans include a big back porch/patio, so when renovating the kitchen, we wanted to make sure we added it. For now, enjoy it as an amazing picture window!
