The unit is built above a four car garage so is on the second story with a walkout rooftop patio. Private entrance via the alley. Back yard is shared space guests are welcome to enjoy Guest access You will have access to the detached accessory dwelling unit (apartment above garage). There is a staircase. Access to private walkout patio as well as the yard. Feel free to hang out in the yard and shoot some frisbee golf :) Other things to note 100% of all cleaning fees go directly to the cleaner!
