Welcome to Wanderlust Cottage, a 2 bedroom cottage on Lyon lake. You can fish off the dock, lounge on the deck or wiggle your toes in the sand. Lyon lake is great for fishing and the cottage is situated in bass heaven! The Marshall country club is right across the street so you can golf, fish and eat all within a 5 minute walk. The cottage is 10 mins from downtown Marshall, 25 mins from Battle Creek and 15 minutes from Fire keepers Casino! Peaceful 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom ranch home. The home is right on Lyon Lake. 10 minutes from downtown Marshall where you can shop and eat in our quaint town. Across the street from the house is the Marshall country club and just a couple minutes walking is the Lyon lake grill. We have life jackets, fishing poles, and a kayak for guest use. Please use at your own risk. Don't forget great ice fishing in the winter! House is also located within 25 minutes of Battle Creek. *Lyon lake is a private lake in Marshall, great for fishing, swimming and relaxing. Please note we do not allow guests to bring motorized watercraft. We provide insect repellent since lake living includes insects. Come enjoy a relaxing stay! The entire house is available to guests. Garage is for owners use. Do not enter please We can be reached through Airbnb anytime (: We live locally so if you have any issues we are close by to fix them. Quiet peaceful neighborhood with amazing lake views and golf course right across the street. Car There is a waffle maker in the pantry, we also will leave waffle mix and individual syrup. Please help yourself! There are books in the TV stand, please feel free to take one home with you (: Being on the lake there are insects. We provide bug spray and sunscreen in the pantry. Please don't leave doors open as this will let insects in. There are no railings on the stairs off the deck or in front of the house so please book accordingly. Beach towels are in the pantry, please use them for the lake and white towels for inside the house. Absolutely no smoking in the house will be tolerated, this means no e cigarettes, marijuana, cigarettes etc. If cleaner comes and there is evidence of smoking (smell, ashes, etc) there will be a $500 fee charged to guests after check out. Dock is removed in the fall and winter. Please note, we do our absolute best to make your experience a 5 star experience!
