We have a wonderful 3 bedroom home available for rental. It has a driveway for parking, a smart lock to access the home and fast wifi. It is less than a mile from Notre Dame campus. We bought it for our daughter to live in for her senior year but she graduated so we turned it into an Airbnb for anyone that would like to come to South Bend. House is too nice for college students but you will love spending a few days. Great cottage less than a mile from ND campus. The house is only used as AirBnb so it has everything a renter would need and no personal things left from those who rent out their homes. The area is safe and quiet. We have a smart lock and everyone gets their own code for security reasons. It expires after your stay so no one else has access to the home. It also gives you the ability to check in when you please. We give the guests their own code to enter the home. If you need something I am available via phone or text. I have people in South Bend who can get you something if you need it. Cute residential neighborhood less than a mile from Notre Dame's campus. The house is 1 block from Twyckingham and 2 blocks from Corby. Very close to main streets if you want to walk or take a bus. The walk to campus is less than 1 mile, and to downtown is about 2 miles.
