After falling in love with Matera 5 years ago, I decided to make a home for myself here. This apartment is where I live my Southern Italian life, where I enjoy my espresso in the morning in the sun on the balcony. Here you will find everything you need to feel like a "local" and get the most out of your stay in this fantastic city and region. The space The apartment is equipped with everything you might need during your stay. There are 2 rooms with a double bed, a cozy living room and a well-equipped kitchen. In the morning, it is wonderful to relax on the balcony in the sun. This way you immediately soak up the Southern Italian atmosphere, and you can already see a part of the Murgia. The apartment is a few minutes walk from the sassi. Guest access You have access to the kitchen and living room, 2 bedrooms and the bathroom. These spaces are not shared. Other things to note There is an air conditioning unit in 1 bedroom and in the living room. The other bedroom is cooler and equipped with portable fans. Because we care about the environment, the air conditioning can only be used when the temperature in the apartment exceeds 75 degrees Fahrenheit (24 degrees Celsius).
