CLEANING: We prioritize a clean living environment, employing advanced cleaning gadgets such as an ozone generator and water vacuum on every occasion to ensure cleanliness. PARKING: Discover several parking options, with the most preferred being an open-air secured parking just 5-7 minutes' walking distance from our apartment. It is ready to assist you to prepare a delicious lunch, dinner for 4 or just to organize a quick meal for yourself. TRAVELLING WITH A BABY We know that travelling with a baby is never easy. If the Little One is happy it is already a great help for all others to have a relaxing holiday. Thus, we are ready to provide a baby crib and a high chair (please let us know in advance). Certainly, our apartment is equipped with plastic cups and plastic cutlery for the Baby’s convenience. As for the safety of the baby please consider that our apartment has stairs and a gallery as well. TRANSFER Do you need a transfer from the airport? Please let us know in advance (including your arrival time & flight details) and we are at your service to organize a driver waiting for you with a sign at the airport for a fixed price. Return transfer is also possible. Just let us know in time. Please note: if you organize your own transfer please make sure to take registered taxis only as there are unregistered companies and freelancers targeting to cheat tourists. LUGGAGE STORAGE Does your flight leave only later during the day? If you need to store your luggage once you have checked out, we will do our best to offer you some extra hours without carrying your bags around the city. PARKING We have several options. Please consider that our apartment has a mezzanine with stairs and it is your responsibility to decide if that is ok for the baby's or your young child(ren)'s safety. Unfortunately, this apartment is a no pet zone so that to ensure health safety also to our guests allergic on fur etc. If you are travelling with a service animal, please contact us prior to making a reservation so that we can find the best option for both of us. Thank you for your understanding. SMOKING Smoking is STIRCTLY not allowed in the apartment, only in front of the entrance! NOISE please note that our apartment is in a calm and silent neighborhood. ANY KIND OF PARTY/EVENT OR LOUD ACTIVITY DISTURBING THE ATMOSPHERE IS PROHIBITED IN OUR APARTMENT AND IS NOT TOLERATED! OUR APARTMENT IS EQUIPPED WITH AN ACTIVE NOISE MONITOR TO AVOID ANY MISUNDERSTANDINGS! Thank you for your understanding. SECURITY The building is equipped with 24/7 actively recording security cameras. The entrance of the apartment and the common areas of the building are monitored (so, not inside the rented apartment itself). In case of studio apartments, the commonly shared hall area may also be recorded (so, not inside the studio apartment). By finalizing a reservation, guests irrevocably accept that a recording is made during their stay and stored in line with local regulations. REGISTRATION As of September 1, 2021, all guests IDs and data are required to be uploaded to a closed information database, called "VIZA", provided by the Hungarian Tourism Agency. This is a legal requirement with no exceptions. In case a guest refuses to provide or upload the required document and data, the individual must be refused the accomodation service by law.
