This luxurious private and secluded beach-front paradise hosts 15 guests with 3 large bedrooms and 1 service/staff bedroom, separate from the main house (or up to 20 guests with 6 bedrooms, ASK ME ABOUT IT) Walk from the front door to the quiet, private, and beautiful sandy beach! A large 2 area pool with a bar, a large outdoor area with BBQ, & hammocks. Large guest rooms, each with a bathroom (2 with hot water), AC & ceiling fans, and hotel-quality beds. ALL ON THE FIRST FLOOR! ❤️ The space Villa Casa Blanca is a one acre echo-friendly paradise with luscious lawn and wind dancing coconut trees. The bedrooms, kitchen and living areas are spacious, very comfortable, and ALL ON THE FIRST FLOOR for your convenience! We have our own clean, pure, and fresh well water running down from the mountains of Ahuchapan. We still provide bottled drinking water for your peace of mind! We have an owner's area on the second floor but will not interfere with your stay since you will have the village for yourself!! Guest access Irma and Mauricio, the caretakers, will greet you and let you in and show you the parking areas and the entire property. Other things to note The access to the house is very easy, the road is paved but the last 300 meters, which is a dirt road but in great condition and safe for all types of vehicles. Care takers, Mauricio and Irma will be available to greet you, assist you in getting set in, show you around the property, and give you tips that will make your stay extremely comfortable. Mauricio can help with small trips to the local stores or super market, I ask that you, please, tip him if you ask him to make a trip for you or if you feel they helped you make your stay even better.
