This luxurious private and secluded beach-front paradise hosts 15 guests with 3 large bedrooms and 1 service/staff bedroom, separate from the main house (or up to 20 guests with 6 bedrooms, ASK ME ABOUT IT) Walk from the front door to the quiet, private, and beautiful sandy beach! A large 2 area pool with a bar, a large outdoor area with BBQ, & hammocks. Large guest rooms, each with a bathroom (1 with hot water), AC & ceiling fans, and hotel-quality beds. ALL ON THE FIRST FLOOR! ❤️ The space Villa Casa Blanca is an eco-friendly oasis of almost a block of land with bright green grass and numerous coconut trees dancing to the sound of the sea breeze! The bedrooms, kitchen, and living areas are very spacious and comfortable and ALL ON THE FIRST FLOOR. We have our own clean and pure water from the springs of the Ahuachapan Mountains. We also provide bottled water for your peace of mind. We have an owner's area on the second floor and it does not interfere with your stay as you will be the only ones in the villa. Guest access Mauricio and Irma, our collaborators, will show you the entrance, the parking area, and today the property. Other things to note The access to the house is very easy, the road is paved but the last 300 meters, which is a dirt road but in great condition and safe for all types of vehicles. The closest ATM is in Cara Sucia in your way to the house. Care takers, Mauricio and Irma will be available to greet you, assist you in getting set in, show you around the property, and give you tips that will make your stay extremely comfortable. Mauricio can help with small trips to the local stores or super market, I ask that you, please, tip him if you ask him to make a trip for you or if you feel they helped you make your stay even better.
