The house has just undergone an extensive renovation of the ground floor, 1st floor (including new toilets, bathrooms and kitchen) and outdoor terrace area with covered kitchen and lounge area (including outdoor cinema). The outdoor environment is a real pleasure with two covered areas that are perfect for relaxation and entertainment. In the evening, you can enjoy outdoor stays with 6 patio heaters that create a cozy atmosphere. In addition, our home offers fun activities such as table tennis, trampoline and other games that will entertain the whole family. The location is perfect for beach enthusiasts, as our house is only 300 meters from the beach. You can easily take a walk along the beautiful coastline, enjoy the sun or participate in various water sports activities. If you want to explore the city, the metro station is only 600 meters away.
