Less than half a mile from gas station. 5 miles to Idaho Falls greenbelt. 1.5 hours to Yellowstone National Park, 2 hours to Jackson Hole and Grand Teton National Park, Teton villageski resort and Snow king ski resort. 1 hour to Grand Targhee ski resort. 15 minutes to Idaho National laboratory. 8 minutes to Eirmc, and community hospital. Guest access self check in. Other things to note 2 space parking in front of garage, the additional parking is located across the street in front of the play area it is first come first serve. Please no parking in cul-de-sac. No trailers, boats are permmited to be unattached from your vehicle this is HOA rules for property.
