At the top of Middle Ridge, the best weather in Mill Valley and above the fog - full resort living on over 1.5 acres situated right at the beginning of the best hiking and biking trails on Mt. Tam. Literally walk out your door and your in the parkland, yet only a 6 minute drive down Summit Ave to downtown Mill Valley with it's vibrant music and restaurant scene. The house is 3 floors for plenty of privacy for a large family or multiple families to spread out. The space The house was fully renovated in the past 3 years and has all the modern appliances, hi speed internet, nest thermostats, a TONAL workout personal trainer machine and more. All of this feels like a private retreat yet just minutes to downtown mill valley and about 30 minutes to San Francisco or Stinson Beach. One hour drive to Napa. Have it all! Guest access This is a whole house rental. You will have the entire place to yourself. Other things to note We have a house agreement which requires signature before occupying our house. For stays longer than one week, we will add $350 per week to cover weekly cleaning. There may be an additional cleaning charge if the house requires more than 4 hours to clean or if the hot tub requires draining due to improper use.
