Located in the foothills of the Cascades, just east of historic Butte Falls, Double Day Ranch is the ideal spot for your multi-family wilderness getaway. A relaxing retreat with views of pasture, barns, wildlife, and beautiful stars. Explore the Sky Lakes Wilderness, swim in Willow Lake or Fish Lake, hike Mt. McLoughlin or take a day trip to Crater Lake. All this while enjoying premium accommodations including king size memory foam beds, comfortable living spaces and high-speed internet. The space The Double Day Ranch is a 60+ acre property just east of historic Butte Falls Oregon. The Hill House overlooks the pasture and other dwellings on the property below, providing beautiful views year-round. The house has a large living room, kitchen, dining room and three bedrooms with two bathrooms, all on one level. Built by incorporating materials harvested from the property itself, the Hill House features wood flooring and paneling of various varieties giving each room an individual feel. A large lava stone fireplace is a highlight in the living room, opposite the nearly floor to ceiling windows providing breathtaking views of the sunset. A comfortable blend of rustic and modern, the Hill House is a great place to spend some time unwinding and enjoying the local wilderness. Play a board game in the entertainment area, or enjoy wine from an local vineyard. Take a day trip to Crater Lake or head south and visit Ashland, the location provides a great base camp for your adventures. This spacious house is a great option for multi-family getaways. The large living room has plenty of space to gather while the king sized bedrooms on opposite ends of the house provide privacy. The middle bedroom with multiple beds makes a great “kids” room and there is plenty of parking for multiple vehicles. Guest access As guests you will have access to the entire living area of the Hill House. You will not have access to the lower level of the home which includes the garages and basement. These areas are used for storage by the property owner. The front door has a keypad to allow easy access as does the gate at the driveway. Other things to note The property owner lives in the dwelling below and is usually busy with something on the property. Please refrain from entering any of the barns or outbuildings on the property as it is a working ranch.
