Warm, simple room in Bristol

Simple, bright, quiet and affordable private room in a friendly home in Fishponds, Bristol. There is a comfy IKEA Hemmes day bed which I can leave as a double or make into a single if you prefer more space in the room. There is also a small desk by the window, a clothes rail and hanging drawers to store your things. Please note that the house is up quite a long narrow footpath which is not accessible by car. There is parking in the neighbourhood. Shops, cafes and pubs nearby on Fishponds road. Guest access Please feel free to use the shared spaces- kitchen, lounge and bathroom. There is also a large garden you are welcome to use as you like. During your stay My partner and I are both friendly and happy to chat and get to know new people. We are also happy to leave you to yourself if you are not in a sociable mood. I am from the UK and my partner from Spain. My partner is often away for work and this is usually the case when the room is let on airbnb. To check in, if I am in I will greet you and give you a key. If I am out I will leave you detailed self check-in instrucions with photos and will be avaliable to answer the phone if you have any issues. You are welcome to use the kitchen to cook meals during your stay. I will leave you some fridge and cupboard space to store your things in the kitchen. Other things to note The room can be rented out to an individual or two people (if two people you will be sharing a bed).
