Guest access The entire property is at the disposal of guests during their stay. The Betuws Erfje is in the garden of the house, but at some distance and surrounded by greenery. Driveway (also parking space) is not used by others. Other things to note No second bedroom, but an extra sofa bed (also on the loft) and a single folding bed to possibly create an extra sleeping place. It is an old building; roof and floor crack when temperature changes. When it rains, you can hear it well under the sloping roof (insulated, but still). Heating by infrared panels, to be operated separately. Kitchen, bathroom and toilet are completely new.
