Tucson Airport - (55 minutes) 4th Avenue/Downtown - (45 minutes) ---- Before booking this home, please review ALL house rules to make sure that this is the right home for you. Feel free to reach out with any questions. -No glass eating/drinking ware outside. -NO parties, small gatherings (no more than 15 people) are allowed just be respectful of our neighbors. No extra guests to stay the night unless allowed by host. Violation of this rule could result in your immediate dismissal from the property and assessment of a $500 fee. - NO smoking or vaping in the home. $1000 fee if this no smoking rule is found to be broken. -There are NO unauthorized pets allowed. If you have not been approved to bring a pet OR you have not paid your pet fee, you are not allowed to bring your pet. Those who break this rule are subject to a $250 fee. If you plan on bringing your pet and need to pay the pet fee, send us a message about it before you arrive. -You must pick up all your pet waste before check out. If any waste is found left behind you are subject to a $125 fee. NO POOL FENCING!! Please watch your kiddos and pets. Hosts will not be held liable for any injuries or deaths. Please help us ensure everyone has a great time and make sure all doors are locked appropriately when necessary. Guest access All parts of the home, except the garage, are accessible to guests. Other things to note We are IN THE COUNTRY - you may see (free range) cows, horses, coyotes, rabbits, deer, bobcats, quail and more.
