Enjoy a peaceful getaway with your favourite people or pets at Jinang Beach Guesthouse. It is private, stylish & has everything you will need for a comfortable long or short-term stay. Only a 300m stroll to a pet friendly beach & family friendly park, this long stretch of beach has good surf banks north & south. Nestled in an ideal location with Point Cartwright, Kawana shopping world, gold class cinemas, SCUH, SC stadium, bars, restaurants, local markets & cafes all within a short distance. The space Jinang Beach Guesthouse is located on a corner block so it is completely private with a separate driveway and entry for your convenience. There are 2 shared walls with the main house so please be mindful you may hear some slight noise during your stay. There is 1 large bedroom with a queen bed and room for a portacot or mattress on the floor for your child or fur baby. This room has a shared wall with the laundry in the main house, there is extra insulation but you may hear a slight sound of a washing machine or dryer during the day. We have a newly renovated bathroom with a lovely rain shower for your comfort. There is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need and a washer/dryer combo also in one of the kitchen cupboards. The living area is very spacious and comfortable. This room has a shared wall with the master bedroom of the main house so please keep that in mind when you are watching movies at night. There is extra insulation here but when everything is quiet there may be muffled noise. There is a smart TV in the lounge room and you can log on to any of your preferred entertainment apps that are on the TV. This area opens out to a fully fenced and private yard for you or pets to enjoy. There is also an outdoor shower to wash off after the beach. There are occasional chairs situated in the covered outdoor area to sit and have a cuppa, it’s also a great spot for your doggo’s to relax. Also in the north facing under cover patio there’s a table for meals and a great spot for games. *Please note, if you have more than 2 guests & a furbaby then our property next door will be more suitable. Search for Jinang Beach House. Guest access The whole guesthouse is yours and private. Other things to note This space is fully private but you do share a wall with the main house. This shouldn't cause any problems or noise but so you are aware, it's not stand alone. Also, our guesthouse is limited to 2 guests & 1 pet.
