Located only 7 minutes away from Piata Romana and the subway station, perfect for both leisure and business, the apartment has 2 large bedrooms each with Queen size double beds and 1 office with a sofa bed. The living room is perfect for socializing and fully equipped kitchen features a dining place. The space Being passionate about interior design, I have translated a state of mind into each apartment. I wish for my guests to experience their stay as a memorable time, so I have taken into consideration all aspects of a comfortable home: cozy beds with professionally cleaned linens, flat screen TVs, working space, dining space, fully furnished kitchen, AC/heating system, soft towels and toiletries. Guest access The access in the building and the apartment is made through a smart lock. My guests will receive a numeric code that is valid throughout their stay and that provides them secure access to the apartment. Other things to note Please note that breaking the house rules will result in a fine. Bringing pets into the apartment will be charged with 500 lei. For smoking inside, the amount charged is 500 lei. Having parties on the premises is fined with 1000 lei. The amounts above can increase depending on the damage done to the property and its amenities.
