The main house includes two bedrooms (king and queen beds), a full bath, and a bright, newly remodeled kitchen with everything you need for cooking and dining. With a dining area that seats up to 10, it’s a welcoming space for group meals or holiday celebrations. Relax in the updated living area with high-speed internet and cable TV, perfect for watching the game or enjoying a movie night. Step outside to the large deck off the main house, overlooking a spacious yard with a fire pit for cozy evenings by the fire. A grill is available on the top deck of the Main House from April-October for guest use. Enjoy lawn games in the open yard, creating fun memories with family and friends in the expansive outdoor area. The duplex studios, Pine and Cedar, each have their own private entrances for added privacy. Pine sleeps 2 with a queen bed, full bath, and kitchenette equipped with essentials like a coffee maker, mini fridge, microwave, and toaster oven/air fryer. Cedar accommodates up to 4, featuring a queen bed, a queen sleeper sofa, a full bath, and a kitchenette. This setup is ideal for families or groups who want the flexibility to gather together while enjoying private space. Other things to note Other things to note: The climbing of several flights of stairs to access the main house is required The lofts in the main house and each side of the duplex are not for guest use. Please do not remove or move the ladders or try to climb. The wood burning stove pictured in the main house is not for guest use. Provided: Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels. We do provide a starter pack of essentials which includes the following: 2-3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1-2 rolls of paper towels/unit, dish soap, hand soap and 2-3 garbage bags. We also supply 1 set of travel size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar soap and makeup remover towels per bathroom. Due to health and safety guidelines all pantry items must be removed between guests. Please bring cooking essentials you might need such as cooking oil/spray, salt, pepper and other spices, sugar, etc. Please bring your own firewood to enjoy the fire pit. A signed rental agreement and a refundable security deposit is required prior to checking in.
