This unit has a private entrance and is located just 4 blocks to the sand and 6 blocks to beautiful downtown Hermosa Beach. The unit features an open floor plan with a full kitchen, separate bedroom with a king bed, a queen sleeper sofa, full bath, private patio and a gas grill. The space Amenities include: *Whirlpool stainless steel appliances (gas oven, dishwasher, full-sized refrigerator, microwave). *Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to make meals at home (pots, pans, utensils). *K Cup Coffee maker. *High speed Wi-Fi. *Living room has wall mounted flat screen TV. *Bedroom has flat screen TV. *Fully stocked bathroom (shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, towels, toothpaste and body lotion). *Beach towels, chairs, umbrella and a cooler. Guest access We are walking distance to everything you need. There is no onsite parking. Other things to note While we welcome up to four guests, our place is not suited for four adults. We welcome those with children and/or two adults. We do allow pets, but please don’t leave your pet unattended if it’s not comfortable being left alone.
