There is a queen sofa bed upstairs of the condo as well. Making it 2 rooms with king beds, 1 room with 2 twin beds, & 1 queen sofa bed. Pristinely kept and wonderfully decorated! There is a breathtaking view on the balcony of the second floor overlooking Heart Trail with peaks of the tree line just before the sand. The condo is situated in one of Jupiter's finest beachside communities with impeccably maintained amenities (heated pool, viewing dock and lake, tennis courts, bocce ball, and racquet ball). Just outside the condo is a walking/running trail lined with swaying palm trees, additional tennis courts, and Carlin Park's amphitheater where many events take place. This community offers a manned security gate for your convenience and safety. The beach is approximately 1000 feet from the unit, with a local favorites breakfast/lunch restaurant, picnic tables and charcoal bbq's, and plenty of sand to play with and relax on! Take a quick walk about 7-8 minutes to the sand, or a 2-minute drive.
