A serviced accommodation suitable for contractors, long term workers, professionals, families and leisure. Close proximity to supermarkets, pubs, restaurants, take aways, activities and healthcare facilities The space Our house features a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, including an oven, hob, microwave, kettle, four-slice toaster, and cafetière. The kitchen also includes an integrated fridge freezer, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. Guests may air clothes outdoors, and clothes pegs can be found in the coloured bowl located in the bottom kitchen drawer. An iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner (stored in the lounge cupboard), and cleaning supplies (located in the kitchen cupboard under the sink) are provided for your convenience. A mop and bucket are stored in the outside shed. Please ensure any dirty water is emptied after use. Recycling and household waste bins are located at the rear of the property on the driveway. The dining area comfortably seats up to five guests. Lounge & Entertainment The lounge features a comfortable sofa and a 40-inch flat-screen Smart TV. Each of the three bedrooms is equipped with a 24-inch HD TV with HDMI connectivity, built-in Chromecast, Freeview Play, Bluetooth, Dolby Audio, Netflix, Prime Video, and Disney+. Bedrooms The master bedroom includes a large wardrobe with hangers. The two smaller bedrooms each have a clothes rail garment rack with hangers and a chest of drawers. For added comfort, a wall-mounted fan is provided in every bedroom. Bathrooms The family bathroom includes a bath with an overhead shower, a shaver adapter socket, and a hairdryer. The en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower. There is also a downstairs WC. Security & Access A key safe is located at the front of the property for convenient access. The property is protected by a security system and alarm. A security key fob is provided upon entry. Outdoor Space To the rear of the property, patio doors open onto a private garden with a seating area, perfect for relaxing during your stay. Parking One free parking space is available at the side of the property. Additional free on-street parking is also available nearby. House Rules Thank you for respecting our property and helping us maintain a comfortable environment for all guests. No smoking anywhere on the property, including the use of electronic cigarettes and vaping devices, both indoors and outdoors. No parties or events. No pets. Please do not burn candles or incense. Kindly leave the property and garden clean, tidy, and in the same condition as you found them. Bathroom & Toilet Use Please do not flush sanitary products down the toilet. Place them in a bag and dispose of them in the bathroom bin provided. Nappies and baby wipes must not be flushed down the toilet. Please bag them and place them in the outside rubbish bin.
