Welcome to your Florida escape — a spacious, stylish home just two blocks from the Pineland Marina, perfect for families, boaters, and beach lovers. Upstairs, you'll find a large master suite with a brand new king bed, private bath, and its own private balcony. Two more upstairs bedrooms feature new queen beds and share a beautifully updated bathroom. There are multiple cozy hangout spots throughout the home — perfect for gathering, relaxing, or planning your next island adventure. Downstairs = bonus space! Right off the lanai and hot tub, you’ll find a second outdoor kitchen with a gas range — ideal for grilling after a day on the water. Inside, the lower level features a freshly remodeled bathroom, two bunk beds, and a sleeper sofa — perfect for kids or extra guests. Water, Wildlife & Island Adventures 🚤 Boating made easy – Walk or drive two blocks to the marina to launch your boat (parking $20/day), or trailer back to the house after drop-off. 🏖️ Beach days – Local beaches like Cayo Costa, North Captiva, Lovers Key, and Fort Myers Beach are accessible by ferry, boat, or a drive. We love to take the Island Girl Charters ferry to Cabbage Key for a cheeseburger in paradise! 🎣 Go fishing! – Book a guided trip with local captains or launch your own boat and chase tarpon in the Gulf! Room for parking your boat on the driveway. 🛶 Paddle the mangroves – A kayak launch is just blocks away for exploring hidden waterways. 🚴 Explore the island – Grab the bikes or scooters and discover the charm of Pine Island at your own pace. There are several large gathering areas for guests to enjoy, you can host a large group outside on the Lanai and cook a meal, and you can host a large group in the Florida room upstairs that overlooks the beautiful views. There is a Smart Home Google Nest Hub in the home to run the thermostats, some of the lighting and for enjoying music in the outdoor living space with the built in speakers and a 4K smart TV adjacent to the hot tub.
