All the light windows & wood it’s peaceful and central location across from Jane’s sugar magnolia But the real stars are the front windows that illuminate the entire front spaces The space A magical and beautiful space. Long term No pets Z I l o w find us on there Private entrance. *Plenty of parking Entrance is up a set of steps Out We do not allow parties or large gatherings fine will be added for 500.00 No smoking Pa lease will be signed 3 X rent income needed Back ground check References Proof of income Guest access All of the space, for this rental, except the basement. Other things to note This is a 200-year-old original farm house on the outside its Big & White with a long paved driveway. The whole house will be getting a face lift spring 2024 ( outside ) Please park on the side of the front entrance, with the big bay like windows. Park to the right of the main steps with the black railing & all white windowed door. You will see a "for rent sign" in the lawn. You are staying in the "Front" of the house which is separate from the rest of the main house. Plenty of space for 2 cars and a dog bathroom area in our small yard. You are staying in the mother-in-law addition aka " air bnb" part which is NOT directly accessible to the bigger house rental. The other bigger 5 bedroom 2 bath house is NOT directly connected to it. ( there is no way for the other house to enter your space or vice versa) we have private entrances for each space. There is one "door with a glass mirror on it in your bedroom that does NOT open", the door is just for decoration as it's a beautiful door. You enter through the first door and it is the front entrance with the steps and the black banister. The front mother in law house, where you are staying is adjoined to the bigger house. Please do not judge the outside of the house as it is going to get a new facelift VERY soon with new siding hopefully done by the end of July 2023. Local child playground is up the street ( its a big hill though), on Huntsville road closest dog park is 12 minutes away in Kingston, PA. You can take your dog for some nice walks on the Back Mountain Trail which is about a 5 minute drive away. We have lots of great bike trails and state parks nearby. My favorite park trails are the ones at Frances Slocum Ricketts Glen water falls are amazing as well but that is about 45 minutes away but worth the drive for sure!
