There are several beachfront restaurants just to the south of Baru and with purchase of drink or food, you can use their facilities . Beautiful Carribean & Lighthouse views via our rooftop observation deck. Guest access Guests can use entire house and rooftop, except for one owner lock off space. There is a covered carport for one vehicle. Although people do it, you're not supposed to park long-term parallel to the unit. if you do so, please make sure you're not blocking anyone's driveway other than our own.. Street parking is safe as well just outside the security gate to the north. Other things to note Cozumel is very safe. Townhome is gated community. SAFE walking distance to center of town and ocean. Taxi readily available. Airport car rentals much more expensive than other car rentals.. Happy to give recommendations.
