Only a 10-minute drive to Costco, Cinemark, the new Intermountain Hospital, and many more stores and restaurants. You will love your stay! Book Now! The space This new townhome provides a cozy home away from home. It includes new stainless steel appliances and new furniture! The location is perfectly situated for those wanting to have shopping, food, groceries, attractions, and freeway access! There are beautiful views of the Wasatch mountains. Mount Nebo to the south is the tallest peak in the Wasatch Range. Inside the home, you'll find 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, a cozy living room, and an unfinished basement if you need some storage space! We provide Roku 3 smart TVs! With guest mode enabled you can feel comfortable accessing your own streaming services. They will be automatically signed out once you check out. If you want to know the arrangements here are the details! Primary Bedroom: - King Size Bed - Two nightstands - Ensuite Bathroom with double vanity, shower, and soaker tub - Private walk-in closet! - Two accent chairs for conversing or watching the tv - Private workspace with desk lamp - Roku smart TV Second Bedroom: - Queen size bed with additional storage drawers under the bed. - Private closet - Two nightstands - Roku Smart TV Third Bedroom: - Two Twin XL beds - Two nightstands - Private closet Living Room: - Plenty of seating! - Roku Smart TV - Blankets to cozy up and watch your favorite movies and shows - Air Mattress (located in upstairs hall closet) Kitchen/Dining: - Fully loaded with pots, pans, bakeware, storage containers, silverware, and children's dinnerware options. - Stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, oven, cooktop, and microwave) - Blender - Toaster - Coffee Maker (Keurig) - Hot water kettle - Griddle - Hand mixer - You need it? The only things that we wish to mention is that we do have 1 locked closet in the master bathroom that is for our owner supplies. And the hallway closet contains our spare linens for the cleaner to access only. This makes it easier for us to restock in between guests! Other things to note ⏺ GUEST VERIFICATION & DAMAGE PROTECTION To help us protect the home and create a smooth, secure arrival experience, we partner with Happy Guest, a simple, app-free platform that works right in your web browser (no downloads or accounts required). After booking, you’ll receive a link to complete a quick verification process, which includes: Signing our rental agreement ID verification A temporary $2,500 security hold (This is a pending authorization only — not a traditional deposit — and it releases automatically after checkout.) If you prefer not to place a security hold, you can choose a non-refundable damage waiver instead: $50 for up to 10 nights +$3 per additional night Your Happy Guest portal also includes helpful property details, check-in information, and a curated list of our favorite local spots. ⏱ Timing & Same-Day Bookings (Important) We kindly ask that the verification process be completed promptly after booking so everything is finalized well before arrival. For same-day or last-minute reservations, access to the home is provided at check-in. Verification is still required as part of the stay and must be completed promptly after arrival to remain in compliance with our house rules. Failure to complete the verification process within a reasonable timeframe after booking or arrival may result in cancellation of the reservation in accordance with platform policy. ✨ Optional Upgrades (Completely Optional) Happy Guest may offer a few optional add-ons you can choose to enhance your stay, including: Early Check-In (when available) – Flat $100 for up to 3 hours early Late Check-Out (when available) – Flat $100 for up to 3 hours late Additional optional services that may be available If you have any questions at all, please don’t hesitate to reach out! We’re always happy to help and want to make sure your stay is a great one. Driveway Note: Our driveway does have a slight incline. We ask that you proceed with caution when walking up or down the driveway. You will have access to the 2 car garage which has a level surface. We highly recommend that you load/unload inside of the garage as needed to avoid any slips or falls especially during the winter months. Snow Note: Utah can get some heavy snowfall! As such we can't guarantee that the driveway will be cleared before your arrival. We will do our best to send someone before check in to shovel and clear the driveway along with laying ice melt. However, during your stay we will not shovel walks, patios, driveways, etc. We will leave a shovel for your convenience should you need to shovel snow during your stay! ⏺EXTENDED STAY: We truly appreciate extended stays of 30 days or longer. If you choose to stay with us for an extended period, it would be our pleasure to accommodate you and offer special discounts tailored for those bookings. Upon your arrival, we make sure the home is fully stocked with all the essential items to get you started. When you first arrive, if there is something missing or needs to be refilled, kindly inform us, and we will promptly address it. It's important to note that once these initial supplies have been depleted, we will not automatically refill consumable items such as toilet paper, hand/dish soap, laundry detergent, snow melt, and similar items. We kindly request that you plan accordingly and make necessary arrangements for the duration of your stay. We also want to inform you about a few additional details regarding extended stays: 1. Additional Documentation: Stays of 30 days or more may require additional documentation, verification, or city-specific paperwork depending on where the property is located. This can include things like a signed rental disclosure, vehicle information for any cars being used during the stay, or additional identity verification. We will walk you through any required steps after booking and make the process as simple as possible. 2. Minimum Monthly Clean: To ensure the cleanliness and comfort of the property, we require a minimum monthly cleaning service to be performed. The cost of the cleaning service will be at the guest's expense. Please note in the event you have a pet, the minimum monthly clean may be changed at our discretion to a more frequent schedule such as bi-weekly. Please feel free to ask about the pricing and services offered for this home! 3. Utility Expenses: While your extended stay covers the cost of electricity, gas, water, and internet, please be aware that there is a combined cap of $300.00 per month for these expenses. On average, utilities total around $250.00 per month. If the total utility costs exceed the monthly cap, the additional amount will be the guest's responsibility.
