Approximately 20 square meter, spacious room with double bed awaits you here. The room is basically designed for one or two guests. The guest room and shower with washing facilities are located in the basement of our terraced house. The toilet with additional washing facilities is on the ground floor. All shower and washing facilities are available to guests for their own use during the stay. The space Our guest room offers everything to feel comfortable. You have a large TV, a desk, and can use the printer, the ergometer and even the infrared cabin. Shared use of the kitchen can be arranged. A fridge is available in the basement. Other things to note The S-Bahn is a 5-minute walk away. From there you are in the middle of the beautiful Marienplatz in 25 minutes, at the main train station in 30 minutes and at the Riem trade fair in 22 minutes.
